Data Entry: Record participant details

Scheduling: Help create and share tournament schedules with participants and staff.

Communication: Answer emails and calls from participants and vendors professionally.

Documents: Prepare and organize forms, score sheets, and reports.

Compliance: Collect and verify participant forms and waivers.

Reporting: Compile event data for post-tournament summaries.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s/CPA/ACCA highly preferred)
Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance leadership role
Strong knowledge of Maldives tax regulations, IFRS, and financial reporting
Proficiency in accounting and finance software (QuickBooks, SAP, Zoho, etc.)
Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
Experience in government-related or regulatory environments is an added advantage
